During the first week of November, a delegation of German entrepreneurs and business owners,  together with the German-Dutch Chamber of commerce (DNHK), visited Curaçao with the main objective of knowledge-sharing and to reach collaboration with local organizations for potential investments. 

Cinex facilitated the group with information and data in order to plan and prepare them for successful meetings.

On the last day of their stay, CINEX organized a networking event with local stakeholders, during which they were again presented with the (tax) benefits of investing in Curaçao. The Secretary General of the Ministry of Economic Development, mr. Xavier Prens, and mrs. Alexandra Sierra of DNHK  were in charge of opening the event. 

This is the 4th visit organized by the DNHK in collaboration with CINEX to bring German companies, mainly of the renewable energy sector,  to Curaçao. These companies were selected in Germany and are being advised and guided by DNHK for investments in the Caribbean. 

CINEX is very pleased with the visit considering the energy management plan developed by the Ministry of Economic Development. Sustainable renewable energy requires knowledge and knowledge brings about innovation which in turn will create additional alternative job opportunities in Curaçao. 

CINEX and its partners will continue to promote investment opportunities in order to reach sustainable economic development for Curaçao.
